The color of these Gemstones are purple, pink, blue and green, and sometimes bright. Apatite is not suitable for jewelry and rings. The name apatite is derived from the Greek word meaning "deception" and is given because of the similarity of the chemical composition of this stone with some stones such as Evin, Peridot, and Braille.
The crystals of this stone appear as hexagons and glass and are often confused with fluorite and aquamarine. When properly carved, the stone is bold and shiny, and most of the time its bead shapes are clear bluish-gray, resembling the Caribbean. Apatite is referred to as the gemstone of manifestation as it helps you see things more clearly.
