Polybutadiene Prices in Iran

Iran in the Middle East country has a strategic position in the Persian Gulf‎ region, and ‎the Strait of Hormuz to its south is a vital route for crude oil transportation. Polybutadiene rubber is a polymeric compound that is formed from the polymerization reaction of units 1 and 3 of butadiene. There are air ‎routes between most of the world's major countries and Iran's top cities. Polybutadiene rubber does not pose a risk to the environment, but if it comes in direct contact with the eyes and skin, the polymer particles can cause severe irritation along with redness and pain in the area of contact. Oil and natural gas are Iran's most important exports, and imports are: non-electrical machinery (17 percent of total imports), iron and steel (14 percent), chemicals and related products. With the launch of this unit, both the domestic need of the rubber industry for this material will be met and the production surplus will be exported to other countries
